The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with any request, and my queen room, with a nice bathroom and a renovated bathtub, was delightful.

This hotel is a go-to spot in Monterey! The location is absolutely perfect, very close to Cannery Row and great restaurants and stores. The North Fremont district won't disappoint you. The hotel staff is pleasant and super friendly.

the room was super clean and well-equipped—they even had a bathtub! The staff here made us feel right at home, taking care of everything we needed. And don't even get me started on the restaurant. it was the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast! 🌟

The rate (more than 500$ for a small room for 4adults) in a very mediocre motel is a just a shame. The person at the "reception", unkind, unhelpful. The owners tried to be kind when I expressed my disgust particularly because the room assigned was in a 2 floor with no elevator and we were not asked for preference (my wife has a problem with her knee). In summary: very poor motel (not worth at 50$) at the rate of a lux 5* hotel.

We had a fairly nice time in this pet-friendly hotel in Monterey. We loved the location close to food store, laundry and eating, downtown monterey, resturants, grocery store and pharmacy, it was central.
